Every building is different, so we price after a free walkthrough. You get a written proposal with the full scope before any work starts.
Can you send a certificate of insurance (COI) to our management company?
Yes. Send us your requirements and we'll issue a COI naming your building and management company.
Do you work around residents and building hours?
Yes. We schedule around your building's hours and keep hallways and stairwells passable while we work.
How often should common-area walls be cleaned?
Most buildings do a deep wall cleaning once or twice a year with lighter touch-ups monthly or quarterly. We'll recommend a schedule after the walkthrough.
What do we receive after each visit?
A job performance report listing the areas serviced, with photos of the team at work.
