1Booking & Deposit
To confirm your appointment, Clean Cleaners NYC requires a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is not an extra charge — it's applied directly toward the total cost of your cleaning.
- Residential bookings: $50 deposit due at booking.
- Commercial contracts: deposit terms are set per agreement, as discussed with our team.
2Cancellation & Rescheduling
We know plans change. Here's how cancellations and rescheduling work:
- Free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment — no charge, deposit rolls over to your new date.
- Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- To cancel or reschedule, call or text 929-760-5230, or reply to your booking confirmation, as early as possible.
- Severe weather, building lockouts, or other emergencies are handled case-by-case — we'll always work with you.
Clean Cleaners NYC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, staff illness, etc.), and will notify you as soon as possible with a new time that works for you.
3Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind every clean with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Not happy with a spot we missed? Contact us within 24 hours of your service (photos help) and we'll send a crew back to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.
- Re-clean visits are scheduled within 24-48 hours of your report.
- Because every job is backed by a free re-clean, we do not issue cash refunds for quality concerns — our commitment is to make it right, not just hand back money.
- This guarantee covers cleaning quality on the scope of work booked. It does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mold, pest issues, or repairs — those fall outside standard cleaning services.
- Deposits forfeited under our Cancellation Policy are non-refundable.
4Insurance & Liability
Clean Cleaners NYC LLC is fully insured for your protection and peace of mind:
- General Liability Insurance — covers accidental property damage that may occur during a cleaning visit.
- Workers' Compensation Insurance — covers our cleaning staff on the job, so you are never held liable for an injury at your home or business.
- All team members are vetted and trained before entering a client's home or business.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) available on request — especially useful for commercial clients, property managers, co-op/condo buildings, and Airbnb hosts who need documentation on file.
