When you book or contact Clean Cleaners NYC LLC ("Clean Cleaners NYC", "we", "us"), we collect only what we need to provide your cleaning service:

Your name, phone number, email address, and service address (including apartment number and access instructions).
Booking details such as service type, date, time, home size, add-ons, pets, and any notes you share with us.
Payment information, which is processed securely by our booking and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

2How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to run your service and support you:

To schedule, confirm, and complete your cleaning appointment.
To send you service messages by text (SMS) and email, such as booking confirmations, reminders, "your cleaner is on the way", "your cleaner just arrived", and follow-ups after your service.
To process payments, send receipts, and answer your questions.
To improve our service and keep our records accurate.

Your phone number and text messaging consent are kept private:

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our SMS platform), who may only use it to send our messages to you.
Your phone number is never shared with our cleaning staff. Our team receives only the job details needed to do the work.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when needed to provide our service:

With trusted providers that run our booking, scheduling, payment, email, and text messaging tools, under their own privacy and security obligations.
With our cleaning team, limited to the service address, access notes, and job details (never your phone number, email, or payment details).
When required by law or to protect our customers, team, or business.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for your service, our records, and legal requirements.

Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to serve you.
You may ask us to update or delete your information at any time (unless we must keep it by law).
