These Terms apply when you book or use services from CLEAN CLEANERS NYC LLC ("Clean Cleaners NYC", "we", "us"). By booking, you agree to these Terms and to our Policies (booking, cancellation, satisfaction guarantee, and insurance).
- Prices are shown plus tax. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Please give us accurate access instructions, home size, and notes so our team can do a great job.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2SMS / Text Message Terms
Clean Cleaners NYC Appointment Notifications
- What you will receive: service text messages about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders, "your cleaner is on the way", "your cleaner just arrived", and follow-ups after your service.
- How you opt in: only by checking the optional box "Send me notifications about this appointment via text message" on the last step of our online booking form at cleancleanersnyc.com/book.html. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to book. By checking it, you agree to receive these service text messages from Clean Cleaners NYC at the mobile number you provide.
- Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 5 messages per booking.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no more texts. To start again, reply START.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
3Payments
You agree to pay for services booked, plus tax and any add-ons you request.
- Payments are processed securely by our booking and payment providers.
- Deposits and cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy.
